General Manager - Real Estate Acquisitions (8-12 yrs)
- Portfolio assessments including demand/supply modeling & projections for key markets that drives land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation
- Conduct feasibility for new businesses, markets or land acquisitions.
- Responsible for Technical Due Diligence of new proposals to identify risks and work on mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating with relevant functions to complete due diligence - Land Title Report, Liaison, Corporate, Finance, Design & Structures.
- Formulating business plans & ensuring adherence to financial objectives by optimizing project's performance.
- End to end management of a project, beginning at deal evaluation and finishing at customer handover.
Skills & experience:
- MBA Finance from a good institute with 8-10 years of real estate business development expeience
- Should have successfully initiated, executed and closed multiple deals
- Strong analytical skills, adept in financial due diligence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
