CTC - Rs 30 - 35 lakhs P.A

Nature of Job

- co-ordination of corporate quality assurance functions of the company

- testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products.

- iso-9000, qs 9000 , ts16949 qms documentation , implementation & maintenance, and related quality tools like apqp, fmea, ppap,spc, msa etc.

- new product development and product/process technology upgradation.

- process, product and system audit & control

- supplier audit & quality assessment / ranking

- quality engineering and exposure to sqc, tqm,tpm,6 sigma etc.concepts .

- co-ordination of tpm -total productive maintenance.

- field evaluation

- develop plant quality rating system as a measure of manufacturing quality

- introduction of statistical / quality engineering concepts like spc, cp/cpk, fmea, doe etc. for process optimization and quality improvement.

- establish various quality systems in the manufacturing - fifo, first part approval, machine tolerance checks, treaceability etc for quality maintenance.

- developed supplier quality manual for supplier development and quality assessment as a part of supplier self-certification.

- leadership in employee involvement programs and cross-functional team approach.

- implemented various cost reduction & productivity improvement programs

- various process and product improvements through technological /system upgradation.

- design checklist and methodology for plant quality assessment.

- develop mis for monitoring of customer complaints and product claims.

- improve various quality key indicators

- improve all plant efficiency parameters and reduced conversion cost.

- co-ordination of tpm and reduced losses in all areas, improving equipment effectiveness.
