- Having good analytical capabilities ie- Root cause analysis.

- Having knowledge of advanced QC tool i.e Deep analysis, QC story & 6 Sigma Methodology (Green / Black Belt).

- Good Knowledge of systems (TS-16949, ISO 14000, ISO 18001, MACE audit system).

- Should have knowledge for receipt, in process Inspection, PDI & SPD etc. (Calibration +CMM) Through FMEA, MSA SPC & SQC.

- Knowledge of Supplier up gradation & Supplier evaluation.

- Acceptance of machine and Process through SPC techniques.

- Supplier's quality is achieved through regular auditing at vendors premise, Supplier's rating.

- Knowledge of Mechanical & electrical Items required, QA requirements for safe performance, Document Control, High analytical Skills, coordination with Client /Customer QA department on Day today basis Experience of handling single large projects.

- Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to cost, Quality, Moral, Safety and related Processes.

- To ensure quality on line & Provide on line training for any customer near miss-defect, Material handling, Line Feeding, MARU-A Defects.

- New product development at vendor end when problem.

- Handling Customer Queries & meeting Deadlines on daily basis records related to customer, also prepare plan for Audit also.

- Analysis of Daily Near miss and GCA (GLOBAL CUSTOMER AUDIT).

- Supports development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products.

- Leads, manages and develops multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and technical procedures.

2. Ability to generate Quality information and respond to questions from customers, managers and employees.

3. Candidate must have good knowledge of Sheet Metal Parts.

4. Handling customers queries & Meeting the deadlines Analysis of daily near miss and GCA. Positive attitude with goal oriented approach.

5. Industry knowledge.

6. Computer literacy well versed with SAP, MS Office, Internet and e-mail.

7. Candidate must have good relation with MSIL as a customer.

8. Interpersonal skills & teamwork.

9. Communication skill.

10. Understand and be aware of ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard requirements in line with the business activities of the company.

11. Determine department objectives and targets in consultation with Plant Head.

12. Understand and be aware of companies QMS policy and objectives.

13. Participate in QMS campaigns inside and outside company.

14. Participate in implementation of QMS Improvement and Quality Circle.

15. Management Plans for immediate action and control.

16. Ensure all QMS specific incidents pertaining to QMS deviations and other Quality Management System are properly cared.

17. Taking suitable corrective and preventive action including exercising adequate controls and management support.

18. Ensure established Quality Management System is followed by all contractors and other interested parties under the purview of the business carried out.

19. Lead department and monitor QMS performance of the department towards meeting QMS objectives.
