- Conduct value added audit & training of manufacturing units, raw materials including packaging materials, suppliers, CFA, distribution centers etc
- Close identified nonconformists in a timely manner; ensure compliance as per FSSAI standards
- Measure effectiveness of training; audit analysis, presentation of reports
- QA Audits for plants, franchises, vendors, CFA & distribution centers
- Form audit standards, design checklists, audit schedule, process improvements
- Design training templates on food safety, quality & management systems
- Responsible for Food Safety laws & standards, implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc
