Job Purpose:
To implement Organisation's standards and ensure product quality and product safety across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To implement quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products at franchisee plants (across India) for Packaged Drinking water so as to adhere company's guidelines/specifications/requirements
2. To drive Quality culture and awareness across the franchisee's and carry out HO - Quality periodic reviews across the value chain- plants, vendors -raw-materials, packaging materials
3. To drive the Corrective action Program (CAP) for the HO - Quality Audits
4. Analyzing Quality Index based on market sample analysis results and drives CAP for the continual improvement of quality index with proper root cause analysis
5. Ensuring implementation of quality systems set by company.
6. Maintain MIS of quality department w.r.t. to quality standards of all plants and consumer complains
7. Designing of quality manual and updating online quality manual regularly
8. Support to plants franchisee's operation wrt to packing material specification/art work on continuous basis
9. Provide training support to enhance the existing skill set.
10. Tracking and consolidating daily QA reports from HO and plants
11. Tracking and updating consumer concerns, following up with respective plant/franchisee for resolving consumer concerns, consolidation of consumer concerns
12. Responding regularly to QA franchisee managers for their requirements and resolution of their queries.
13. Updating of raw material and packaging material supplier list in consultation with HO-Purchase and communication of the sane to all the units
14. Drive continuous improvement activities
Experience:
- Relevant experience of 15+ years in Packaged Drinking Water/Mineral Water
- Relevant Educational qualification
