General Manager - Property Valuation - NBFC

Job Description :

1. Management of Team in house property valuers and outside valuers spread across in Pan India

2. Making policies and define processes to ensure timely submission of quality valuation reports.

3. Compliance of property / valuation related regulatory guidelines [RBI, NHB, CLSS, NDMA, Local Bye Laws etc]

4. New initiatives to improve productivity of the Internal Valuers and outside vendors

5. Member of Credit Approval Committee for big ticket size loans

6. Recruitment, Training and Appraisal of the Internal Technical Team Members

7. Technical Vendor Management [Onboarding, Rates Negotiation, Vendor TAT, Vendor Feedback and Vendor Audit etc]
