GM Projects and Construction

- The successful development and implementation of all project's procedures

- Productive guidance, efficient communication and apt supervision of the project's team

- The achievement of the project's main goal within the given constraints

- Optimization of the allocated necessary inputs and their application to meeting the project's pre-defined objectives

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project planning to ensure project are on schedule, cost and quality Delivery of Project with stipulated budget

2. Project closure with OEM/Contractor- Asset Transfer from Project Phase to Operation phase Asset Transfer

3. Writing contractual correspondences /letter/claims to OEM/Contractor Protect Economic interest of Vena

4. Assessment of Extension of Time claims of contractors with delay analysis Protect Economic interest of Vena

5. Periodic review meeting with contractors and maintain all records of the same Project progress monitoring and control

6. Coordination with land and permit team to ensure land and all approvals obtained as per project schedule On time commissioning of Projects

7. Taking inputs from site team/land team about CSR activities that has to be planned during execution. Also, to allocate budget for the same Local stake holder engagement

8. To ensure zero deviation from Vena HSSE/compliance policy at site Zero harm to people, equipment and environment

9. Provide scope matrix for new projects/ BD contracts Seamless transfer from Origination to Implementation

10. Ensuring Timely pay-outs to vendors and contractors as per contact terms, Forecasting and communication of cash flow required for the projects to F&A team Support cash flow planning and project progress

11. Training and development of teams working at sites, act as mentors to team members Sustainability and retention

12. Work with BD&C for project suitability studies during origination Implementation risk identification and mitigations in place
