There are 2 roles based out of Chikhli Gujarat for Energy Industry:

1. Projects - Civil General Manager 15-20 years experience

2. Projects - Ingot General Manager 20-25 years experience

Civil GM - Someone with experience civil projects, construction, planning, budgeting, manufactuirng

Ingot GM - Setting of machine, ingot, commissioning. As the Ingot General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the ingot production department. Your main objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality ingots while meeting production targets and maintaining a safe working environment. You will work closely with various teams, including production, engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve these goals.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, metallurgy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

- Proven experience in a managerial role within an ingot production or metal manufacturing environment.

- In-depth knowledge of ingot production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

As the Civil General Manager - Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from inception to completion. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, adhering to quality standards, and delivering projects within budget and on time. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and manage civil construction projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
