Reporting to - Head Projects - Corporate Projects Head

Summary : Handling multiple Civil Industrial Projects

Should have worked at project site for supervision of construction activities, especially those related to Civil and structural in Chemicals, Textiles, Metals and Cement sectors. Should have handled a section of construction work independently.

a. Assist businesses by providing strategic inputs to ensure that the construction activities are completed safely within time and cost.

b. Monitor and review progress of projects by regular visit to sites.

c. Assist businesses with contracting, shortlisting of contractors, technical bid evaluation and settlement of claims

d. Co-ordinate with planning engineer for development of project schedule by providing factual timelines

e. Check safety compliance at sites

f. Generate prompt visit reports capturing key elements of construction
