General Manager - Project Management - Global Transformation & Change Management Team - Bank

Our Client is a leading global Bank with presence across the Globe.

We are looking for smart change agents who will part of the global transformation and Change Management team. This team focuses across- Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets. This is a highly capable team with responsibility for driving change agenda for the organization.

Required Experience and Skills.

- MBA/B.Tech with 8-10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services. This experience could be either with a Bank or Consulting/ IT Service firm.

- 6 + years of Project Management experience. Seasoned Project/ Program manager with expertise in Change Management, Agile transformation.

- Experience in Business Analysis/ Project management with IT Companies for Banking Clients.

- PMP/ Scrum Master Certified. Global Experience preferred.
