Job Description:

Job Purpose-To achieve targeted saleable production efficiently with minimum losses & resources. Ensure smooth operation and full capacity utilization of the plant as per the production targets of Tissue .

Description of Responsibility

1. Achievement of Production Targets and Product Development opportunities

- Ensure smooth operation and full capacity utilization of the recovery plant as per the production targets and ensure timely production of Tissue Paper of various grades

- Review daily quality parameters and production outputs to devise and implement measures to improve performance

- Propose new product development of different quality based on customer feedback and customer satisfaction on current products

- Ensure sufficient orders from the marketing department to ensure full production of machines

2.Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and Installation works

- Monitor loss and ensure smooth operation of plant with timely direction

- Review the health of the machines and plan for preventive maintenance works, if any to ensure reduced down time in coordination with engineering and power house

- Implement modifications with the engineering department in view of better efficiency and reduce shut down time

3.Resource Management

- Ensure timely planning and proper distribution of pulp and paper

- Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources for smooth operation production

- Ensure reduction in power consumption

4.Review customer feedback reports

- Study customer complaints prepared by the marketing department and implement remedial action plans

5.Subordinate Development

- Review and monitor performance of subordinates on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs

- Recommend training as required for subordinate development

- Continuously engage with subordinates on a regular basis

Experience: 20 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 25,00,000 to 27,50,000
