Position : GM Production / Factory Head with leading Packaging Company at Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Location : Kadi, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Company : Leading Packaging company
CTC : 24 30 LPA
Job Description :
- Minimum 20+ yrs of relevant experience BOPP Bags / PP bags / Packaging industry.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day Manufacturing operations to exceed Companies and customers expectations.
- Will be responsible for production output (atleast 1200-1600 MT per month), product quality and on-time shipping.
- Create and implement best practices of manufacturing and processes to aid and improve business performance.
- Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines
- Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure plant is kept safe and compliant.
- Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered.
- Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
- Proven Experience as Production Incharge/Factory Head in reputed company.
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Techno-Commercial Mindset
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Computer Literacy is must
