General Manager, Product Management for a pre-IPO unicorn

We are looking for a Product Management leader who will help continue the innovation on an enterprise SaaS platform for a pre-IPO, unicorn startup.

The ideal candidate is a Product Management professional, with deep leadership experience, a track record of defining and building innovative products and bringing them to market. This professional will be passionate about a cloud/SaaS business model and has impeccable product management skills. You anchor your decisions in strategy and defend them with data, you influence, you understand how to run a successful product team, and you thrive in a startup environment.

Job Responsibilities :

- Own definition of roadmap and features that create sustainable differentiation for continued growth and leadership in the CLM market

- Collaborate with sales, presales, installed base, prospects etc. to gather feature asks and define the roadmap

- Understand and define core capabilities needed in the platform and collaborate with engineering to deliver releases

- Identify and define tools and technologies to optimize capabilities in the platform to enable efficient implementation and maintenance of the enterprise SaaS platform services

- Champion product capabilities that deliver a delightful user experience, ease of use and ease of administration.

- Build relationships and work closely with engineering and architecture functions to ensure alignment.

- Work closely with Marketing to facilitate and support positioning, messaging, and content creation.

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience :

- 15+ year's experience in enterprise software domain.

- Minimum 5+ years of leading a senior Product Management team in a fast paced enterprise software delivered as SaaS/Cloud.

- Ability to translate business requirements into platform capabilities

- Experience of defining and delivering product, delivery innovations

- Prior experience with platforms like Force.com, MS Dynamics or enterprise software like ERP, CRM etc

- Sourcing, procurement, CPQ etc. is a definite plus.

- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

- Priori engineering experience or insights into technology would be added plus

- Ability to build and defend business cases

- Experience with Agile software development is a must
