General Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Pharma/Healthcare/Chemicals (11-22 yrs)
We are looking for a General Manager - Procurement and SCM with a Delhi based diversified Pharma player with over INR 2000 Cr. annual revenue.
The brief responsibilities for the role are as given below:
- Overall management of the function with budgeting and team management.
- Direct the overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.
- Develops and implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
- Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecast inventory and distribution requirements.
- Negotiating and developing new vendors to obtain optimal quality, contracts and pricing.
- Improve organization profitability by bringing down SCM cost as a percentage of Sales/Revenue.
