1. Purchase all the required material for the company Raw Material, CAPEX, and Packaging Material.  2. New Vendor Development.  3. Coordinate with connected depts for the smooth & proper functioning of supply chain series.   4. Taking care of Annual Maintenance Contracts of machines, DG Sets, Air Compressors, Air Driers, RO & ETP Plants, Boiler & other processing units.   5. Lead activities of cost calculation & reduction and resolving issues allied to procurement tasks.   6. Advance planning of procurement functions, involved in cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all general, technical parts/tools, capital goods from domestic & International Market.   7. Evaluating the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc.  8. Generating healthy competition among vendors/ suppliers & negotiate technical & commercial terms for procurements while assessing their performances based on the various norms such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate; technical & commercial T&Cs etc.  9. Budget Costing & Maintain well-timed MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the company regarding purchase price, business development, vendor reconciliation & status of requirements & payments etc. for budgetary and strategic review to enhance the business of the company.
