Job Description:
- Candidates should be willing to relocate as per Business Requirement
Responsibilities include:
- Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies.
- Should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive
- Should be a person who takes on a hands-on approach to management plans, guides, and directs the factory operations to achieve objectives in safety, quality, production output, delivery and customer satisfaction.
Broad responsibilities include:
- Direct and control all aspects of the business operations, including Procurement / Supply chain management
- Prepare an annual plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas
- Implement a performance tracking system which includes the key performance indicators
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Studying the market to identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods, locating vendors and negotiating prices.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Special projects - lead new development initiatives in core function area or as a part of cross functional team to achieve organizational goals.
- To measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and continuously finds ways to improve
Candidate Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Extremely systematic and process driven
- Strong analytical abilities and excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
B.E/B.Tech from IIT / NIT /BITS /Reputed ; MBA from IIM /NITIE/MDI will be preferred
