- Implementing long term supplier agreements with strategic suppliers .

- Defining and implementing a structured way of managing opportunities.

- Administering logistics functions for on-time delivery of the materials to all the sites .

- Establishing inventory model to balance lead time and cost requirement and reduce inventory carrying cost
