General Manager - Process & Production - Cement Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
We have a immediate requirement for one of our client, for the position of General Manager Process & Production with a cement manufacturing Industry.
Looking for the candidates only from Cement Background.
Job Description :
Brief Role & Responsibilities :
- Production Planning in coordination with Marketing & Logistics
- Design & develop appropriate raw material mix to ensure consistent quality, assisting materials department in developing new source of raw materials
- Optimization of limestone consumption in consulting with mines department
- Process audit and optimization of the process for reducing the fuel & power consumption
- Refractory management as per the budget
- Maintaining the MIS of Production & Power Consumption data
- Preparation & control of annual budget
- Capability development of the team
Technical / Functional Competencies required :
- Refractory installation, Kiln Maintenance, understanding of working of pre heater & cooler
- Sound knowledge of kiln operation
- Experience / Knowledge of cyclone jamming removal / snowman removal with adequate safety measures
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 50001 records up keeping & TPM activities
- TPM Jishu - Hozen activity in Kiln & coal mill section
