Job Responsibility :
Operations & Process Excellence :
Monitoring and control for Factory KPIs of Conversion Cost, Defects, Scrap, & Inventory/Asset obsolescence for improving manufacturing systems in order to enhance quality, reliability and optimize cost
Capacity, Supply & Distribution planning in line with market growth projections & manufacturing flexibility.
Driving Industrial Engineering and Smart Factory activities across plants - Man shifts requirement assessment, Production norms long term agreements, Line balancing, Debottlenecking, Time & motion study, productivity & overtime tracking.
Special Projects :
Spend analysis of all direct/indirect procured items and identifying areas/projects of cost reduction for Pan India
Palletisation & barcode scanning to improve traceability, reduce TAT with mechanized loading & minimize transit damage
Contract Labour management system for automation and digitalization in labour productivity monitoring and control
Management professional with overall 8-12years experience in automotive industry with exposure to multiple domains - R&D, Manufacturing operations and process excellence, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain and Project Management.
