General Manager - Printing

- Spearheading plant with web offset machines, sheet fedKomori,Mitsubishi, Heidelberg SM-102, Automatic binding line of 2 Accoro,Bravo Plus,Harauf,Bl-500,, section sewing machines from Aster and Muller Martini, UV coating and other finishing machines

- Defining production operations in line with P&L accountability, thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation

- Evaluating operations schedules & production orders to strategize on inventory requirements, staff needs, work procedures and duty assignments in sync with budgetary limitations and time constraint

- Deploying production tracking mechanism, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to detect & address production problems

- Facilitating maintenance of equipment & facility

- Planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules along with resource allocation for optimum output

- Conducting periodic audit, minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity by ensuring safety, product quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, costs and environment

- Ascertaining specific training needs and accordingly arranging programs on processes and construction engineers- skills

- Maintaining coordination with cross-functional departments and customers for smooth functioning; accomplishing production as per customers- requirement & organizational guidelines

- Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets

- Suggesting & sourcing new technologies for new products; designing processes & formulations for products

- Implementing ISO quality standards to produce consistent quality product

- Executing cost saving techniques/measures & modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget
