General Manager - Presales - Life & Annuity Vertical - Insurance

We are hiring Presales professionals for L&A for our BPM client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- He/She would play an active part in all the RFxs as a L&A ( Life and Annuity) service line expert, who will be a part of the entire solutions journey

- Candidate should have hands on experience in Solutions role at Sr Level, particularly on the L&A ( Life and Annuity) side

- Core Solution architect with proficiency in creating Solutions for not just RFPs/RFIs but also building proactive solutions and POVs across Insurance Value chain

- Experience and Expertise in L&A ( Life and Annuity), creating Service/Product Offerings will be a BIG PLUS.

- Research and consult with clients on wealth of repository material of Insurance tools like whitepapers, brochures or any other marketing collateral to help sell L&A ( Life and Annuity) offerings

- Represent operations by playing the role of Operations solution architect (transition, transformation, validation of commercial models)

- Support Go-to-Market in the Insurance domain; scan the industry value chain, identify business development opportunities across the value chain

- Make compelling solution presentations to external and internal stakeholders

- Create insurance specific POC solutions and publish thought leadership articles on periodic basis

- Build the practice by the way of industry best practice, knowledge building

- Responsible for benchmarking us against competition

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience :

- Minimum 12 years of experience within Insurance domain, preferably L&A ( Life and Annuity)

- Minimum 10 years L&A ( Life and Annuity) experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects

- L&A ( Life and Annuity) Domain expert, who has extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned end-to-end RFP/ RFI response process for Insurance

- Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget

Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
