Role: General Manager - Plant Reports to: Director Team size: 100 Industry: &nbsp;Modeling Materials, Clay materials, Dough Manufacturing Unit Responsibilities and Duties - Responsible for daily operations of the business unit&nbsp; - Manage P&L, Budgeting and Cost Control - Maintain budgets and optimize expenses - Set policies and processes - Take care of overall production and supply chain management: product forecasting / planning and demand - Lead action for product launch, inventory shortage/excess and expiration of the products - Manager, develop and coordinate overall activities of supply chain which relates to operations in order to reach continuous improvement in the process and a better productivity - Oversee recruitment and training of new employees,&nbsp;Direct the employee assessment process - Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance - Prepare regular reports for upper management - Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations - Obtain profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing business objectives - Understand sales strategy, business and marketing plan and consistently link the performances of the team to the strategic vision and drive performance and long term growth Required:&nbsp; - Male, age 35-45 years old - Bachelors degree+ PG in Operations/Business Management or related field - Experiences in management field of manufacturing company with automatic line for more than 10 years - High level of interpersonal and presentation skills - Able to work under pressure, problem solver and decision maker - Organized, good planning, time management skills - Good command of English and computer literacy
