General Manager - Plant Head - FMCG/Food/Agri (12-25 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of all the facility operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Delivery, EHS & Statutory)- managing costs through optimization of resources, capacity planning, inventory controls and maintain world class standards on quality standards, hygiene and productivity.
- Responsible and accountable for adhering to annual operations budget for the facility including Capital Planning, operating costs through forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Lead Operational Excellence - Identify and implement New Cost Efficiency Projects for process improvement and productivity.
- Develop SOPs for improving organizational standards and implement them diligently.
- Ensure effective administration for overall performance management including performance reviews and training.
- Collaborate with Seed Production and Supply Chain team for planning and meeting In-house requirements and external customers
