General Manager - Plant Commercial - Polyfilms Manufacturer

Job Description:

- Preparation of Policies & SOPs of HR, Administration, Facilities Management & Commercial.

- Involve in Commercial Activities like Purchase, Procurement, Logistics, Vendor Development, Supply Chain, Documentation, Export Import etc.

- Budget Preparation & Governance mechanism to ensure Cost Optimization

- Fulfilment if manpower requirement by maintaining approved strength of manpower.

- Property and Asset Management including acquisitions, purchase, leasing and sale

- Liaison with ministries, police, labour, pollution control board, Registrar, government authorities and all other concerned

- Contracts management, Vendor finalization, Procurement of vehicles, stationery, and all other consumables

- Preventive and Annual Maintenance Program for Civil/ Electrical/Carpentry/Painting/O&M of STP/WTP/RO plant/O&M of Swimming Pool, Horticulture, Pest Control

- General Administration, Townships including Labour Colony medical centre, Club House, Event Management, Horticulture, Guest Houses, VIP Guest Houses, Hostels Fire safety, Security Risk Assessment and audit

- Ensure effective Contract Labour management on day-to-day basis, ensure all statutory compliance as principal Employer

- Designing training plans and modules for imparting training to staff members and gauging effectiveness.
