 Description - Manage a Laboratory Testing Service business, with labs in different cities and numerous contracts in place with State Governments. The position carries overall responsibility for the P&L.

It is also one of the global independent market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and for supporting clinical studie

Description : 

- To drive and implement the business plan and deliver the budgeted results

- Identify M&A opportunities to explore inorganic means of growth

- Decide on and create suitable lab infrastructure to meet the needs of the business plan and the market

- Evaluate the multiple lines of business today and trim/ streamline these to ensure optimal usage of resources to significantly improve profitability

Profile : 

- Overall 12 + years of experience with at least 5-10 years of managing a Laboratory Testing Business - P & L management

- A demonstrated track record of setting up and or growing a business profitably
