The Client is looking for a GM for Performance Marketing &amp; Growth- someone who works closely with our marketing, branding and product teams to deliver on holistic campaigns, product features and innovations that deliver on customer growth and retention for LBB (including marketing for commerce, content and ad products). REQUIREMENTS What you'll be doing: - Working across teams to understand marketing objectives and align campaigns - Gathering &amp; challenging requirements and pushing the envelope on experimenting with new tactics - Keeping a pulse of campaigns &amp; users via analytics to measure &amp; improve our campaigns - Managing marketing budgets and owning ROI, customer acquisition and customer retention across verticals Required Skills / Must Have - 6 to 7 years of experience - Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining an optimal way to position products in the market - Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. - A cross-functional influencer with the ability to build strong relationships. - Experience with Google Analytics instrumentation &amp; reporting - Basic understanding of UX design - Grasp on tech development on app and web - Understanding of SEO - Past experience with digital marketing / working with product marketing teams - Coding experience is a huge bonus - BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management preferred
