General Manager - Packaging Procurement - Pharmaceuticals (15-24 yrs)
- Sourcing & Procurement Strategy and Execution
- Responsible for global pharmaceutical respiratory devices, medical devices, applicators and packaging material categories
- Serve as subject matter expert for sourcing and development of respiratory / medical devices / applicators / primary packaging components related to prescription drugs / pharmaceutical domain
- Lead the development, management and implementation of comprehensive strategies in alignment with Procurement priorities to deliver agreed savings / gross contribution targets and other benefits
- Deliver global savings benefits identified in strategies through effective strategy execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategically engage with and understand the business requirements of stakeholders and business partners and to position the Procurement value proposition.
- Identify supply risks across commodity and supply base. Engage with cross functions proactively to drive risk mitigation across the portfolio
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Negotiate comprehensive Supply Agreements / MOU / Term Sheets with preferred suppliers
- Develop and implement should cost models to support negotiations of various components and contracts
- Support timely new product launch / re-launch requirements
