- Drive sales for NCR Projects of the Organization in the specified regions
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Set up best in class sales processes and leverage market knowledge
- Increase tie-ups with channel partners in the region for the Organization
- Identify opportunities and devise innovative strategies to drive sales
- Coordinate with central marketing teams and guide them on region-specific marketing needs
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Be self-driven and able to handle pressure
- Have good network of Channel partners and HNIs in the region
