A Large business house having presence globally is hiring for a Lead OE based out of Mumbai. The role requires supporting Group Head OE to design key strategic HR process & interventions at Group level the that help deliver this vision and facilitate their implementation through CoEs. This requires independently designing interventions, creating implementation guidelines, facilitating execution, providing support to CoEs, monitoring and measuring impact

Position Title - Lead- Organization Effectiveness

Location - Mumbai

Job Description:

A. Invigorate Group Values through various initiatives. Progress from - Values we Value to Living the Values

- Design recognition framework/platforms to create opportunities to celebrate values demonstration at Business and Unit Level

- Create broad guidelines and build capability of values champions to design local level recognition platforms, if required

 - Demonstration of Living the Values in day to day situations

- Identify areas to incorporate - Living the Values- in Leadership Development curriculum (Cutting Edge, Unit Heads, and Step Up)

- Design new mechanisms (Online Game) to establish linkage between values & business impact as well as handling Values dilemma

B. Driving Employee wellness at Group Level:

- Think through the overall employee wellness model for group, evaluate the application and relevance of existing initiatives; create an overall approach for employee wellness and drive various behavior change programs thru pilots and experiments.

C. Listening Architecture to identify the employee engagement triggers

- Build new tools and use the current tools to strengthen the listening architecture

- Build capability at business Level to analyze the survey findings and design action plan

- Ensure all the critical factors of organization success are covered in the survey

- Monitor the implementation of the business and group Level action plan

- Understand the best practices in listening to employees - what other companies are doing, especially in the context of changing demographics of workforce

D. Build the Group - Employer brand- and help the organization to be Future Ready

- External Branding -Identify reputed survey partners (Local and International) for Group and Businesses

- Design and execute Group Level - HR Excellence Awards

Experience/Qualifications : 

Work exp - 10-12+ yrs

Qualifications - MBA HR from Premium B Schools

Ideally candidate would be someone with experience in consulting firms.
