The role will also ensure timely fulfilment and compliance of our orders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the operations division including inward shipment and clearance, warehousing and cataloguing as well as inventory management - Take ownership of the operational P&L and other cost metrics relating to end-to-end product shipment (from receipt to consumer sale) - Be incharge of Procurement, Supplier identification, negotiations and contract management - Develop strategies to map demand and ensure smooth sourcing and fulfilment of orders - Comply with audit, insurance, finance and regulatory requirements, manage necessary MIS operations for various stakeholders - Coordinate with management teams to drive improvement in cancellations, returns and overall customer experience including after-sales service
