General Manager - Operations - Mfg

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor day-to-day Plant Operations

- Assist in finalizing annual budget & capex

- Support measures to improve unit profitability

- Monitor plant performance vs Budget on a monthly basis

- Spearhead improvement projects of the unit and implement strategic initiatives

- Coordinate with different functional heads towards various initiatives on cost reduction, quality improvement, safety and environment, and OTIF improvement

- Analyze the problems of the Unit and support in implementing the identified solutions

- Understanding the new plant requirements w.r.t change in process, design, testing, and document it
