- Responsible for handling entire Operations for the organisation and internally coordinate to deliver services and quality.
- Act as the face of the organisation and interact directly with the decision makers and management team.

We are a Joint venture company between a Medical Device MNC and a Diagnostics company with HQ in Mumbai. We offer niche services and solutions in the Digital Pathology vertical and looking to revolutionize the Pathology space.
Description
- Experience of 12 years +
- Expertise in C-suite stakeholder management
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation
- Experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in creating and delivering on service SOP's
- Good financial acumen
- Preferred industries : Pathology Set ups/Hospital
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Profile
1 The preferred candidate would come with a background in clinical education and a post-graduation in health care management / general management
2 The candidate should have at least 10+ year of experience in general health care administration & preferably having exposure to laboratory operations management in particular
3 Prior experience in working in technology enabled environment and work flows
4 Preference will be given to candidate with prior experience of managing large services operations
