Implement and manage operational plans. - Assist Chinese operations team to develop new factory operation plan - Plan the use of human resources. Organise recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organisational structures. - Coordinate the exchange and communication of team culture between China and India team - Assist to make plan in the development of Key Skills and Competencies for Indian teams - Assist in the establishment and operation of new factory - Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products.
