Minimum Educational Qualification required- B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) Position Overview : Overall Operations Management of Humiseal India site requirements at our Pune site. - Oversight and management of all Production and Manufacturing sectors including but not limited to, interaction and support between Dispatch, Engineering, R&amp;D, Quality, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial. Providing a bridging point between the various functions. - Project implementation which will include integrating new machinery into a production plant, retraining staff on essential skills and support of implementing new projects and systems. - Development of Humiseal India. Both Operational &amp; Facility Design and implementation project management and continuous improvement. Develop systems and process to mimic the company and up-skill the team in India and manage accordingly. - Support of other sites as may from time-to-time be included in Chase's portfolio. - Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement. - Support the company in production planning and making sure the business is adequately resourced. - Identifying any skills gaps in the organisation and undertaking a training and or recruitment programme to support this. - Development of staff and objective setting and tracking to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role. - Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goals. - Support in managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process. - Acting as a liaison to senior management and board of directors to keep them up to date with shop floor matters. - Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met. - Implementation of any new policies and procedures relating to the production process. - Leading teams from different departments to achieve organisational goals. - Keepup to date with IT systems in the workplace while having an understanding of emerging technologies and required processes. - Presenting ideas and results to different stakeholders across the business including staff and senior management. - Planning and staying ahead of the game and ensuring that plans for the future are clearly labelled out for everyone to follow. - Problem Solving and adapting to the ever changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges. - Support customer site visits, Supplier Audits, Quality related audits, Distributer training
