A highly reputed Indian Multinational having a sales turnover in excess of Rs. 1300 crores with headquarters in Mumbai and manufacturing operations in 2 locations within India has entrusted us with the selection of their Plant Head.

In line with the Group's philosophy of recruiting only the best, the person we are looking for needs to be intellectually outstanding and a knowledge-based leader in the area of Manufacturing and Works Management having 15 to 18 years's of experience in Industry. The company operates in the Oil & Gas space.

Position : Plant Head

Broad Responsibilities: Responsible for Manufacturing operations of the entire Works as Plant Head. He will lead a team of 5-6 Direct reports.

Reporting to : This position will report to VP - Operations and Supply Chain at the Head Office.

Location: The position is based in the company's plant in Western India.

Education: Chemical Engineer

- Candidates from large Process Industries, Lubricants, Chemicals, Paints, etc. are welcome.

- Remuneration and perks will range between Rs 40 and 45 lacs per annum.
