2. Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures across all hotels.
3. Driving Budget compliances in terms of both revenue and profitability.
4. Achieving a guest satisfaction index of at least 8/10 in every hotel.
5. Reducing attrition at each property to a maximum of 20%
6. Achieving Health and Safety milestones at each property.
7. Overall management of all properties
