Company & Location: We are Looking for an General Manager Operations for one of our Prestigious Client in Pollachi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Qualification, Age: - Any Engineering Degree (BE / B.Tech) with hands on Experience in a Garment / Textile Industry - Age 40 - 45 years of Age Prerequisite for the Role : - Should possess 15-20 years of Solid experience in a large garment Manufacturing Facility preferably home textiles high quality Products for exports. - Should have managed the facility having close to +500 Machines + 1000 workforce. - Should have managed an Integrated Weaving and Finishing plant equipped with the latest automated machinery. - Should have managed fully Automatic folding and Packing machines and state of the art equipments including Transport Systems. - Should have exposure to Lean manufacturing System and Industrial Engineering. - Should be fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi. - Should possess excellent Communication skills - Should be Result Focused and People Orientation should be high. - Candidate will be required to handle the entire HR team along with recruitment and managing inhouse dormitory for 600 women and 400 men workers.
