POSITION SUMMARY  A leadership role by leading a team of various function to deliver excellent customer service, operational efficiency, revenue generation & improve the bottom line  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  - Responsible for the overall Operations at the airport  - To maintain consistent excellence in all Restaurants/F & B outlets to enhance business & growth in reputation & meet the budgets.   - To conceptualize, plan, co-ordinate & implement, new projects & maintain existent ones.  - R & D on new marketing ideas for all the Restaurants/F & B outlets in the area.   - Control Gross Operating Profit, F&B Gross Margins, Overall Fixed Cost.  - Benchmarking and improving customer satisfaction index.   - Achieve Sales Targets, EBITDA Targets and Mystery Audit scores in all formats of Restaurants/F & B outlets.  - Drive the operations team to achieve monthly targets.  - Maintain Manning level as desired. Recruit, train and develop next line of Supervision in all formats of Restaurants/F & B outlets  - Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Purchase, Maintenance, etc to maintain set service standards of the company.  - Grow in reputation & meet the budgets.  - Regularly inspected restaurant premises including kitchen / canteen and maintained a clean, professional and safe working environment. Ensured all equipments are in safe working condition and properly accounted for.  - Monitored employees- performance, and addressed their problems promptly and directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures.   - Participated in Menu Planning Committee meetings, contributed to changes in item design and pricing, and collaborated on the development of new / standardized menu. Created recipes for food preparation.  - Facilitated efficient processing of all paper works in a timely manner and met compliance requirements. Trained and certified new employees on all performance standards. Performed other duties as assigned.  - Develop and manage the annual food & beverage budget.  - Monitor and forecast food & beverage revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.  - Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all and promotes positive relations through an environment that encourages open communications, trust, and mutual respect.  REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:  Reports directly to: Director   Manages directly:: Operation Manager, Brand Managers  QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND ATTRIBUTES:  QUALIFICATIONS: - Diploma /Degree in Hotel Management OR Graduate + PG in Hospitality with 12 to 15 years experience   Competency   - Self motivated  - Problem solving  - Customer focus  - Strict adherence to SOP  - Building and motivate the team  - Strategic thinker  - Be the brand ambassador
