General Manager - Operations - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
- Implement Board longterm Strategy in all aspect of the business including Asset care, Engineering & Maintenance
- Evaluating performance and productivity Daily weekly and monthly in a form of a Overal Equipment Efficiency (OEE) system
- Oversee the launch, improve manufacturing operations overtime, establishing and driving production goals and developing organizational structures.
- Lead the production function within budget, output targets and statutory compliance to meet customer requirements and standards. Plan, direct and coordinate the safe work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
