General Manager - Operations - Export/Import

GM - Operations (Recycling)

Accountabilities :

- Plant Operations/P&L Management (Multiple Plant Handling)

- Quality Assurance & Control

- Supply Chain Management

- Technology implementation

- Human Asset Management

- Cross Functional leadership

- Process Oriented

- The person should be a Business Leader and must have led a business and managed Profit & Loss.

Education : 

- Good enough to understand numbers & read and write emails. Engineering background is preferred.

Background :

- Someone who is managing big teams without supervision of the owners

- Ability of taking tough decisions independently

Experience :

- Relevant experience of managing a team of minimum 10 middle to senior level people for at least 5 years

Remuneration :

- Commensurate with credentials and higher than existing, based on experience and background.
