General Manager - Operations - eCommerce/FMCG

Reporting to the Co-Founder and Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

- Managing Omni-channel fulfilment, including warehouse planning and operations, marketplace operations, alternate channels and offline stores

- Planning network and Logistics, including first-mile operational efficiency and last-mile delivery speed and reliability

- Working closely with Category management & planning, Sales operation to develop systems for creating breakthrough operations

- Working on long term strategies with leadership team to support rapid inter and intra-regional warehouse expansion and constantly enhance consumer experience

- Planning and leading initiatives for loss elimination, reliability improvement, capability development, customer experience, etc. to create breakthroughs aligned with company strategy

- Optimizing the network of supply chain to reduce TAT of each touch point within the network and Collaborating with operations team and management to optimize inventory days by utilizing non-performing inventory across the network

- Building & managing vendor relationships and working with return to vendor team to reduce expired inventory losses
