- The candidate should have 12 to 15 years of experience in the senior management position. Publishing or publishing services can be a preference but not a prerequisite.
- The candidate should have hands on experience of managing production operations, customer service, resource planning, resource utilisation, operational performance management, proven track record of meeting customer SLA and exceeding customer expectations.
- Additional exposure to quality systems and procedures like ISO, 6 Sigma and other related quality best practises can be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, meticulous planning and execution abilities and should be able to demonstrate proactive customer service skills.
