1. JOB PURPOSE:

Take Full responsibility to implement 100% connected cars for company in AMI region as part of the M.O.V.E. mid-term plan.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES :

1. Manage all activities to implement 100% Connected Cars company objective within AMI Region

- Set up Key milestones and manage schedule (at AMI level and for each Market) to ensure Company objectives achievement

- Define Roles & Responsibilities of each Function involved in this project and ensure robust cross-functional management

- Break down tasks and assign them to responsible functions

- Follow up responsible functions along with the schedule

- Work closely with Regional Functions to keep good coordination

- Report progress of the project and ensure regular communication

2. Objective to become the benchmark Region in terms of Connected cars deployment and recognition by Markets and Customer - Create and execute connected vehicle business plan based on AMI corporate strategies

- Coordinate activities with Corporate Connected Cars Organization

- Develop synergies with other Regions on Connected Cars

- Implement benchmark review and ensure that best practices from one market are deployed in the other AMI market

3. Secure revenue / profit of connected cars services

- Set up a business plan for AMI and each market to ensure profitable scenarios

- Establish a dashboard to report progress and financials of the project at AMI level and for each Market

Work in coordination with Corporate Connected cars team for reporting process

MAJOR CHALLENGES :

- Will establish a totally new organization about a totally new technology (connected cars) which is not the main business of our company

- In order to take leadership, we will have to implement practices which are not standard and it will be a permanent challenge to get all Functions involved and supportive

- All Functions in AMI at Regional level and at each Market level

- Corporate Connected Cars organization - Experts and start-up on Connected cars

- Suppliers in Connected cars business

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

MBA from premier Management school with technical background preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

- 10-15 years of total work experience with atleast 5 years of experience in auto industry (either OEM or Tier1) or connected/digital industry

- Skillset of project management

- Expertise in on/off-board vehicle IT
