We are looking at an aggressive go-to-market profile for a Senior Office business and leasing. The person should have closed approx.. 5Lacs sft leasing per year pre-covid.

Job Description :

- New business generation and term expiries, new leases, and portfolio management

- City-level events, market development, IPC broker development.

- New client pitches, presentations, and business development in Chennai Market.

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA Marketing from a renowned institute like Loyola Chennai.

- 10-15 yrs+ experience in office leasing & Business Development.

- Work Exp. With IPC/Good commercial developer preferred.

- Proven track record of large deals with MNCs / developers on end to end basis.

- Should have handle project leasing.

- Extrovert personality with engagement and relationship skills.

- Higher level of Presentations and communication skills.

- Analytical skills and proficiency in excel, powerpoint to develop client, Space & portfolio solutions.
