Profile : - Managing new product launches end-to-end from ideation to Commercialization. - Overseeing project planning and execution across beauty categories. - Strategically evaluating Beauty &amp; Personal Care category sizes and market. - Leading the NPD team in defining and achieving targets in terms of revenue, timelines Candidate description : - The ideal candidate should have 7-15 years of work experience in handling launches end to end across categories like skincare or cosmetics etc. - Should ideally have some experience managing/leading teams for new product development . - Has a keen interest in and deep knowledge of Innovation and feels excited about leading new product development in a fast-paced environment.
