Key Responsibility Areas : - Driving operational efficiency for Modern Trade Channel. - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy &amp; growth plans in line with business strategy - Key responsibility as the Head of Modern trade is to drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters. - Develop and manage a long term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts - Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms - Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends) - Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. - Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts - Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company - Develop the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent execution - Work closely with Area Sales Managers in achieving company's objective and vision. - Assist and coach sales team to achieve their KPI's Reporting to - Business Head (India) Team Size - Regional Key Account Managers, ASO's
