Looking for a General Manager- MIS & Costing

Education : Chartered Accountant

Minimum : 12 years + to 15+ years

Overview :

Position will entail ownership of periodic timely report to the Management on the Effective Cost Structure, Cost Variance Analysis and cost reduction measures, Inventory Control, overhead cost control including consumables, Budgeting, Compliances and contribute to preparation of the Business plan.

- The role must work very closely with multiple stakeholders in a matrix reporting structure.

- Hands-on experience in SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

- Experience in Product Costing, Analysis Reporting, Cost Audit as per statute, MIS reporting, Forecasting/ Outlook, Credit Cost Control mechanism

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan activity for an business vertical, driving cost reduction programs exposed to review of Management and Operational cost Reports

- Managing review meetings with Management

- Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned functional organization unit.

- Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving planning's, and periodic forecasts during the year.

- Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures.

- Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improve the depended cost accounting system.

- Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to management.

- Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations, and contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.

- May perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term.
