General Manager - Mass Distribution & Alternate Channel - Solar/Inverter/Electrical Appliances (10-15 yrs)
Seeking people from Solar/Renewable energy Domain. Must have rural and distribution experience and must have worked or managed UP West/Bihar/Jharkhand/Orissa
- Opportunity is with a leading first mover solar services company. Location can be Noida or Bareilly depending on your convenience. You must be young, Suave and Mission Driven
- Identify, explain and sell to residential customers who have a need for back-up power systems
- Identify, explain and sell grid-tied solar rooftop systems to residential customers who would like their roof to generate electricity and net off their energy consumption
- Build a pipeline of 40-50 active prospects and maintain it
- Execute the orders as per agreed commercial and technical terms and collect the payments as per agreed terms
- Identify customers who can buy the product you are selling and create interest Follow-up on leads provided to you by the sales enquiry team and convert them to prospects
- Visit the customer, do the site survey and understand his requirements
Submit the proposals and explain the same to the customer
- Get the order form signed with clarity on both technical and commercial terms with prescribed advance
- Co-ordinate internally with Operations and Technical teams, as well as the customer for executing the order
- Collect the payment as per agreed terms and ensure that there are no payments pending for more than 30 days
- Have Exposure of large team management
- Exposure of UP | Bihar and Orisha geography
- 10-15-year Experience out of which 5 years should be of team management.
- Should have experience of setting up and manage distribution business in solar/Inverter/Electrical appliances and related industries.
- Should have exposer of identifies solar roof top project, negotiation and closed contracts.
- Managing subsidy allocation and disbursal
- Managing relationship and partnership
- Joint project development with solar EPC players and private client.
- Value earning inputs to internal teams.
- Compliance to regularity and sales process.
To sell 5-6 Solartric AC (solar PV) systems per month aggregating to about Rs 6-7 lakhs revenue per month
