Marketing strategy spans various marketing initiatives / plans and activities for increasing sales and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. It includes the formulation, evaluation and selection of market-oriented strategies and therefore contribute to the business goals of the company.

Developing a marketing strategy -

- Develop marketing plans designed to achieve market needs and reach marketing objectives with measurable results in terms of the sale of apartments.

- Create tactical plans detailing specific actions to be accomplished within timelines. Marketing strategies are dynamic and interactive. They are partially planned and partially unplanned. Marketing strategy needs to take a long term view,

- Careful and precise scanning of the internal and external environments. Internal environmental factors include marketing mix models, plus performance analysis and strategic constraints in terms of luxury residential real estate. External environmental factors include customer analysis, competitor analysis, target market analysis, as well as evaluation of any elements of the technological, economic, cultural or political/legal environment likely to impact success. A key component of marketing strategy is to keep marketing in line with a company's overarching values.

- Once a thorough environmental scan is complete, a strategic plan can be constructed to identify business alternatives, establish challenging goals, determine the optimal marketing mix to attain these goals, and detail implementation. A final step in developing a marketing strategy is to create a plan to monitor progress and a set of contingencies if problems arise in the implementation of the plan.

- Marketing Mix modelling : Determine the optimal marketing budget and how to allocate across the marketing mix to achieve these strategic goals. Optimize to allocate spends across a portfolio of products to create value.

- The types of strategies that need to be developed. Develop a conceptual framework. Develop the market introduction strategy / the growth strategy and maturity strategy. Also the marketing mix strategy for products in the luxury residential space.

- Develop product life cycles and SWOT analysis for the product

- Develop the product differentiation and segmentation strategies

- Develop the organic growth strategy. In terms of vertical integration / horizontal integration / Diversification and Intensification
