Job Title / Designation: General Manager - Marketing & Sales - Adhesives - Mumbai The Group (About the Group) / The Organization&nbsp;(About the Client): One of the leading Manufacturers of Specialty Chemicals in India. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): Key Responsibilities a) Maintain current momentum to grow volumes and profits of established Adhesives Products. b) Retain market leadership for the Adhesives &amp; Pigment Business c) Increase market share of the Label Adhesives business d) Develop strategies for market penetration of new, high-margin products e) Evaluate market competition, analyze competitors offerings, pricing strategies etc. f) Customer Trouble shooting g) Understand in-depth customer requirements and work closely with the Tech Centre Team to develop product specs which meet these requirements. h) Mentor &amp; Motivate the Sales / Marketing Teams to achieve Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and ensure collections are made on time i) Appraise Company Management on the progress and milestones achieved through MIS The Person&nbsp;(Candidate Details): A) Experience i) 35 - 45 yrs ii) BSc Chemistry or B.Tech Chem. Engg + MBA Marketing iii) 15 to 20 years experience in Marketing &amp; Sales of Industrial Chemicals, preferably with exposure to the field of polymers, emulsions and adhesives iv) Must be proficient in leading sizable Sales / Marketing Teams for both high volume and high margin product business.
